CANADIAN ORDERS:

As we’re a home-based business, we require 2-3 business days to process an order. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:

Within Ontario – approximately 2-4 business days. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Within Canada – approximately 4-8 business days. Delivery time is not guaranteed.

• Curbside/Pick-up options available (south Etobicoke). Please message me BEFORE ordering to arrange a day and time that is mutually convenient.
U.S ORDERS:

Orders placed in the U.S can take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive. The Vie Lab is NOT responsible for any additional duty/import/shipping fees that might occur.

Please make sure to double check that addresses and all other pertinent information entered into the system are correct before check out, as The Vie Lab NOT responsible for orders that are sent to an incorrect address or for parcels that are "RETURN TO SENDER"

The Vie Lab IS NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once an item is recorded as shipped and a tracking number issued to the customer, any issues or concerns regarding the status of the parcel should be communicated directly to the courier/post office. Please feel free to CONTACT THE COURIER/POST OFFICE DIRECTLY.
